The
following documents include individual signature sections for parents
that do not have computer access. The majority of our parents will need
to review the document and sign off on the single-page verification
sheet that will be sent home on the first day of school. For parents
that do not have computer access, paper copies will be sent. The
acknowledgement form or individual forms MUST be returned to your
child's teacher by Friday, September 12, 2014
