PTA Events- Bingo Tonight and Spirit Night on Wednesday
Friday, January 23rd is PTA Bingo in Millbridge’s Cafeteria from 6:45-8:00. Prizes will be given. Please join us for a great family fun night.
On Wednesday, January 28th, the PTA will be hosting Spirit Night at Chick-Fil-A. Flyers will be sent home on Monday. When you present the flyer with your order, 20% of the proceeds will be donated to the PTA.
PARCC Information
On the Delran Township Schools website, there is information posted for parents. Recently, a PARCC Parent Letter with a FAQ section was added. This information is located under the Parent tab labeled as PARCC Information.
There will also be an informational night for parents about the PARCC test on Monday, February 23rd at 6:30pm in the DIS gym.
Input Needed (Please note date and times)
A number of teachers have been working with us to create a scheduling plan for the upcoming PARCC assessments. In January, Mrs. Gringeri, our Director of Curriculum, and the DIS administration would like to obtain parental feedback before we finalize our plans. The first session resulted in excellent insight. There are two additional meetings, Tuesday, January 27th at 6:00 in the BOE conference room and Wednesday, January 28th at 3:00 in the DIS library. 4th Grade Parents- Volunteers Needed
As part of our Young Consumer’s program, 4th grade students will be visiting Shop Rite. Chaperones are needed to help with the trips.

Give a Kid a Smile- Friday, February 6, 2015
The GKAS program in New Jersey is the culmination of the efforts of several different organizations under the direction of the New Jersey Dental Association. Each February, the entire dental community, both public and private sectors, comes together to ensure the delivery of care to thousands of underprivileged children who otherwise may not be able to afford or access care.
Services rendered include oral hygiene instruction, screenings, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, extractions, fluoride treatments, stainless steel crowns, and much more.
Volunteers work to ensure the program is fun and educational and that it gives many children a great first impression of visits to the dentists.

If you are interested in taking advantage of this great program, please make an appointment at the location of your choice as soon as you can, since appointments are limited.
