PARCC Information

There will be an informational night for parents about the PARCC test on Monday, February 23^rd at 6:30pm in the DIS gym. The purpose of this meeting is to provide you with information about the new state testing. We will discuss the testing schedule, topics covered, background information, test navigation, and answer any of your questions or concerns. 

Testing Dates:

• 5^th Grade- March 2^nd-6^th
• 4^th Grade- March 9^th-13^th
• 3^rd Grade- March 16^th-20^th

Pennies for Patients

Due to the snow day, the collection has been extended until Tuesday. Please continue to collect those pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters and dollar bills. Individuals wishing to write checks should make them payable to "The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society".

The PTA’s Scholastic Book Fair will be held next week. Flyers were sent home with students today and are available on the virtual backpack.

The PTA is proud to present the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets to Hershey Park. These tickets may be used on any regular operating day during the 2015 season. Enjoy savings of almost 40% off regular gate admission as well as free admission to both ZooAmerica (when entered from Hershey Park) and Hershey’s Chocolate World (with a hand stamp from Hershey Park).  A flyer about ordering discounted tickets was sent home with your student and is located on the virtual backpack. Orders are being accepted until March 16^th.
