Hello DIS Families,  

Report Cards, G&O Reports and Honor Roll

Grades for the second trimester are now available on parent portal. You will see tabs that have been hidden previously. To review your students’ grades, please click on the GRADES tab.

For our 4th and 5th grade students, you can click on the HONOR ROLL tab to see whether or not you achieved the Principal’s Lists (all A’s, EE’s and ME’s) or the Honor’s List (all A’s or B’s, EE’s and ME’s). Paper certificates were given to the teachers to be sent home with the students on Thursday, April 2nd. Third grade students who earn all A’s for the entire year will receive an end of the year certificate.

Students that have an IEP will have a progress report that can be reviewed on-line (and printed if you so desire) under the G&O PROGRESS tab.

We realize that many families will hold onto these as keepsakes. Recognizing this, all students will receive a final paper report card at the end of the year.

PARCC Testing

Based on feedback we received and our observations from the first window of PARCC testing, the schedule for the end of year testing has been finalized.

• April 27, 28 and 29- 5^th grade PARCC Testing
• April 30, May 1 & 4- 4^th grade PARCC Testing
• May 5, 6 & 7- 3^rd grade PARCC Testing

Similar to the first round of testing, you will receive an email with details relevant to your student a few days prior to testing with some additional information and reminders.
